I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Conversational one-on-one meetings. Four separate sessions. A few current employees knew me, so I wasn't foreign to the interviewers. All meetings were in person except one, as the interviewer was in D.C.

Interview
I wanted to share this because positive interview experiences aren’t always posted, and this one felt worth mentioning.
Even though I wasn’t selected for the role, the communication throughout the process and afterward was thoughtful, transparent, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The team was warm and welcoming and easy to talk to from the start, which made a big difference.
The conversations were engaging, and it was clear the team genuinely enjoys what they do and who they work with. That came through in such a real way that my interview nerves quickly faded, and I was able to be myself in what is usually an uncomfortable situation of trying to talk through and market yourself.
I’m grateful to everyone who took the time to meet with me and for the experience overall, and I wish the team continued success.

Question 1
Most of the questions centered around my experience, leadership style, and technical skills. The interview felt structured but conversational, which made it easy to talk through my background.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP in Oct 2022
Interview
I met with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. Quick and simple, but the HR person got sick and had me waiting for about two weeks. The interview was not too long, either.

Question 1
It was mostly about my background, with a focus on my last two jobs, since they were related to the position. I explained my duties, and what led me to leave those jobs.
