Interview
The process is well-communicated, comprising the standard steps: an initial call with a recruiter, a technical assessment, a debrief session, and further conversations with other people from the company, including a values assessment and a CTO interview. Overall, it's evident that the company places a strong emphasis on the candidate experience, with efficient communication and reasonably quick responses. While the process may be somewhat longer compared to other companies, it makes a lot of sense when you contemplate the whole picture at the end of it. The technical assessment is not overly complex and provides an opportunity to showcase your design and decision-making skills. It felt similar to working on a hobby project, making it an enjoyable experience overall. During the debrief session, I primarily had to explain and justify my design choices while also receiving constructive feedback. This led to more behavioral and technical during the interview.

Interview
This has been a good process so far. After the first meeting with recruiter, I got a very detailed and transparent list of steps:
- Technical test
- Debriefing test and talk with manager
- Casual talk with employees
- Meeting with CTO
- Values interview
The test is a little bit more challenging than other tests that I've taken but it's good chance to show off your skill. The test is very practical, that's what we do in a normal day as a backend engineer and I liked it so much. People at strapi are very nice, friendly and supportive. Strapi puts heavy focus on values and making you confortable during this process.
My whole process took around 6-7 weeks, it was affected by my summer vaccation, otherwise it could of course be faster.

Interview
The recruitment process at Strapi is quite long but very detailed and clear.
It starts with an approach meeting, then a technical test, a debriefing of this test, interviews with Strapi employees in "small-talk" mode. Finally, an interview about Strapi's values and if these values correspond to mine.
All these interviews were very pleasant, under the tone of the discussion, everyone was really warm and nice.
