Interview
I have been interviewing for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer position at Strata Decision Technology for more than a month and half already. First round consisted of a phone interview, followed by an assignment that I needed to complete and send it to them - both of which I passed. I was later scheduled for an onsite visit to the office which consisted of an IQ test, 1:1 and group panel interviews. While I know I didn't do extremely well, I was told by them that I will be notified in 1 or 2 weeks. Almost a month has passed now and I haven't heard a word which I consider to be extremely unprofessional!!
