I applied online. I interviewed at Strata Decision Technology in June 2021
Interview
Phone screen, manager panel, followed by back to back 45 minute team interviews. The team interviews were with a technical leadership and the other was with senior team members. The process moved quite quickly.
The technical portion was labelled as a systems design interview. Two scenarios, you'll get 30 minutes to prep before the interview starts with one of the two sets of technical personnel (15 minutes prep per scenario). After the 30 minutes prep, two 45 minute interviews to go over the scenarios.
My advice would be to concentrate on the specific question given in the scenario rather than the system as a whole. I was under the impression the interview was for higher level system design considerations, but the interview was more focused on implementation rather than wholistic design, tradeoffs, and understanding design thought process. Overall, one of my more favorable recent interview styles, but my focus was not what the interviewer's focus was and bombed one of the scenarios.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
SQL queries for a few questions during the scenario. OOP class design for another scenario.

Interview
Process was pretty normal for development role. Was given some time to work thru a couple of programming challenges and then talked over them with two sets of engineers on the team.
