Very straightforward, applied online, got a call from a recruiter for around a ~10 min discussion to see if our goals align, salaries align, what the job entails, etc. After that I had a meeting with the manager that went more into the role, expectations, if i’m a good fit, etc. After that it took about a week for an official offer to come in.
