I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at StrategicHealth (Columbia, MD) in June 2013
Interview
The interview followed the standard process for a typical job interview as a registered nurse. It started with a phone screen from a person in HR, then after about three weeks or so I was offered an interview with the hiring manager and other supervisors who described the job functions and asked more specific questions.

Question 1
The questions included asking me to desscribe my medical review experience with Medicare. How I feel about transitioning to a desk job from patient care which required sitting for long periods of time. Also they asked about working under pressure and being able to be independent when the work slowed down.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at StrategicHealth (Columbia, MD) in Aug 2012
Interview
Interview process was not difficult. Be sure there are interviewers present that actually understand the position you are seeking. In hindsight, I should have asked a lot more questions regarding benefits and employee policies. Doing so will quickly open up the gaps between their policies and the typical (expected) polices of other companies.
