Strategism Management Trainee interview questions

Had posted resume on Sulekha. The CEO approached via email. I was interviewed on phone, then face to face. Face to face interview went for 45 mts. Very friendly, did not feel as if I came for an interview. Start date was offered right there, and I was given 24 hrs to say yes or no. I did accept the job offer.
