Stratfor interview questions

Transition from intern to full time position. No formal interview. Intern interview was 3 step process, initial online assessment, then phone interview, then formal in-person interview. Interview was easy, a few questions on experience, why I applied for the role, my background, education.

Very open and welcoming group. There was no evaluation or tasks to be performed, it was more of a discussion than an interview. It took roughly thirty minutes. It was a two step interview process. First a phone interview and then in person.
