The interview process was through phone due to COVID. However, very professional and to the point. Excited to start and see what this company has to offer and learn about their work!

I completed a phone interview with Stratton Amenities and was told it went well. The interviewer expressed interest in moving me forward to the next round and said they would reach out regarding a group interview. After waiting two weeks with no communication, I finally received an email stating they had selected another candidate. While I understand hiring decisions can change, the lack of follow-through and communication was disappointing. A simple update or transparency during the process would have shown more respect for candidates’ time. Hopefully they improve their candidate experience moving forward.
