5 interviews. Extreme long for no reason although I do believe it’s been recently shortened. Interviews included a take home presentation which I felt was unnecessary given the fact that it’s a startup and things changed constantly.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at StreamElements (Wales, England) in July 2024
Interview
Informative and thorough process. I found out lots regarding the role and business as well as having the opportunity to speak to multiple people within the company throughout the interview process which gave me great insight prior to getting started.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at StreamElements
Interview
There was a total of three interviews over the span of 3 weeks; one with a recruiter, one with the direct managers, and one with the department manager and the VP of the department. Each interview felt extremely comfortable and I was excited to continue progressing through the process after each one. After the final interview, I was told that I would be hearing back in a week. It actually ended up being three weeks, but I was eventually offered the position.
I think it's important to stay positive and not worry too much about the long waits between contact. I sent a follow up email after the first two weeks just to make sure I was still in the running, but I had moved on assuming I had been passed up when they offered the position to me.
