StreamYard interview questions

I spoke to a gentleman in the UK who kept telling me how great StreamYard is and how they are actively hiring. He kept talking about himself, and didn't even ask me about my experience. Then he said they will definitely conduct a technical interview with me next Monday, and I never heard from him again. ...What a waste of time

The initial round appeared somewhat weird now after I've undergone through, I interviewed with this company twice now, both times with the same recruiter. Despite a strong alignment between my technical skills and experience and the job requirements, the process seemed to take on a rather personal dimension.
