      I applied online. I interviewed at Streamline Health in May 2024

      Applied online. Received a phone call from CPO- it was very random and I was not expecting it since I did not hear from the company via email and did not schedule it. Anyways, she continues to proceed with an impromptu interview and tells me about the Client Success Manager position. She wants me to move to the next round and interview with the VP. I schedule the interview with him approximately 2-3 days later. The interview with him was average and pretty straight forward (if you prep for it, you'll be okay). Once I completed the interview he said I moved onto the next round and to wait for a follow up email. I never received a follow up email and was ghosted. I emailed both of them 3-4 times asking for an update and whether or not I was still under consideration and they never got back to me. What's even more frustrating is that the position is still posted. Ghosting a candidate after 2 interviews is unacceptable; asking for an update and receiving no response is even more unacceptable. In this current climate of the workforce it is unprofessional and very discouraging.
