The interview for the instructional designer position was certainly challenging, as it required a deep understanding of the role and its responsibilities. However, I was impressed with the professionalism and approachability of the CEO. They provided valuable insights into the company's vision and expectations for the role, which was both informative and motivating. Regrettably, I had to decline the offer to join the organization. Despite the CEO's positive impression and the potential of the role, I encountered certain red flags during the HR processes that raised concerns about the company's overall operations.
