      Administrative Interview

      5 Feb 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Calgary, AB
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Strike Group (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2015

      Interview

Brief phone interview with hiring manager with an in-person interview scheduled a few days later with HR. It wasn't too formal or uncomfortable. Both asked straight-forward questions so nothing tricky or requiring overly careful responses. Afterward, HR introduced me to my would-be direct manager, I was informed that I had the job and was walked around and introduced to a few other key members of the team. I formally signed on a few days later and started roughly a week later.

What would you typically do if you don't know how to do something - for example, in Excel.
