I had a disappointing experience during the initial screening stage for the Operations Associate – Financial Crime (AML Investigations) role.
After completing the assessment round, I was shortlisted for the initial team screen. For the first scheduled interview, I had taken leave from my current organization to attend. However, the interviewer did not join the call, and there was no prior communication. The interview was later rescheduled by HR.
During the rescheduled interview as well, a different interviewer—who did not appear to be aligned with the Financial Crime/AML domain—was assigned, but they also did not join the call.
Overall, the process felt unstructured and not aligned with the expectations for the Operations Associate - Financial Crime (AML Investigations) role. Repeated no-shows without prior communication reflect a lack of coordination and do not respect candidates’ time and effort.

Primero tuve una llamada rápida con RH. El reclutador se conectó 10 minutos tarde. Fueron preguntas del curriculum y descripción de la vacante. Resolví un assessment y después te tocan tres entrevistas con managers en línea.
