Worst interview process ever, they are interested in collecting the data and survey regarding what is the salary and benefits at other companies in the industry is providing. They push to the final round just to say "we cannot move forward with you candidature". All they are interested in is about getting information from us and make sure folks in their company get some experience in interviewing the candidates. The written assignment was quite lengthy and they don't value our time.

Applied early June and arranged an interview with them around 2 - 3 weeks later. I went through a phone interview with the HR, and she asked me about myself, the interest in the role as well as why the change. It's very basic questions but the role seems to be quite different v.s what was written on the JD. It is not as defined as a big company. Do note that the entire interview process has three stages plus a test. Not sure if this applies to all positions but they seem selective of whom will be joining their team (which is a good thing). The overall process is with the HR is quite pleasant and she will update you on your application status.
