I applied online. I interviewed at Stripe (Bengaluru) in June 2026
Interview
The interview process is smooth but consists of lot of rounds. For me it was 6 rounds in total, fitment round, take home case study, technical round, case study and 2 behavioural rounds.

Question 1
HR will brief you on each stage of the interview and flow of the interview and quality of the questions are neutral.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2025
Interview
First Round: A 45 minute recruiter screening to discuss my background, the role, and fit for the Strategy & Analytics team.
Second Round: A take home assignment where I analysed a dataset, prepared a slide deck of my findings, and answered two SQL problems. The exercise was straightforward, designed for you to demonstrate your skills in analysing a simple data set and how effectively you present your findings.
Third Round: A technical interview with the hiring manager. I solved three SQL challenges live, reviewed my take-home project, and discussed my workflow. We also covered a few behavioural questions.
Final Round: Three interviews over two days with members of the Strategy & Analytics team and a stakeholder you would be working with. These sessions focused primarily on behavioural questions, case study scenarios, and giving me deeper insight into the role and team dynamics.
Overall Experience: The process was thorough but fair. In hindsight, I wish I had more time to prepare STAR examples for the last round…a lesson learnt!
But that’s my own fault, I maybe should have pushed to do the interviews later…although I may just not have been a good fit for what they wanted in the role and that’s perfectly okay.
Recruiter Support: I had the same recruiter, Jeremy, throughout the process. He was fantastic every step of the way. He kept me informed, answered my questions quickly, and truly made the experience seamless.
