Went through interviews with the contracted company and got the job... Completed Drug screen and all hiring paperwork and was ready to start the following week... I recieved a call from the contracted company and was told that they were going to hire me as an employee instead of going through Strom... The catch was that it was only 2/3 of the original salary... Contacted Strom and they said that there was nothing that they could do and if I didn't take that job that they didn't have anything else for me... I pass up all Strom listings now...

Interview
Over the phone. If you have the right credentials you get the job unless you have been fired or something in the past. You do have to email your certificates of aviation schools you have had.
