      I interviewed at StrongMind

      Interview

      DO NOT DEAL with this company. They low-balled me (even though the initial negotiation was much, much higher) and, according to numerous others who have shared their experiences with me, this is standard procedure. It is believed they extend offers to numerous candidates at once and then take the person who is so desperate that they will accept WAY BELOW fair market value. Also know that if you try to negotiate, you will be told by HR that it will be "checked into" and then you will not get a call back, again standard operation procedure for them. Don't walk away from this company - RUN! Tell your friends to stay away. They are shady and sub-standard.
