4 rounds including an in-person in Uganda itself - very thorough and took quite a long time from start to finish. The big advantage was meeting the breadth of people across the organization - and you really got a sense by the end of the process of the people; the culture and the org.

How do you build local/national teams to deliver amazing results?
I was contacted for a phone interview for this position. This interview lasted seven minutes, and towards the end of it, I was told that it was to see if I was a human- being.

Interview
Had short 20 minute call with a hiring consultant which led to a longer call with the potential direct supervisor. I was asked basic questions about my background and experience but they provided little clarity about the role.
