Interview
The interview process was short. It took about 5 minutes or so. You have to pass the weld test before you get the interview. Interviewer wasn't as serious as other interviewers from other companies. There is no passing or failing the interview process but the weld test does. Questions were mostly about previous work experiences, goals and hobbies.
