I applied in-person. I interviewed at StubWorld in June 2018
Interview
Completely unsure what this company is looking for. I've seen them trying to fill this position for months now with no progress. Maybe if they weren't offering such a pathetically low starting (salary 35k) for someone with a finance degree! Other companies hire for the same position starting between 50 and 60k. Also the sports trivia they send out is absurd and has almost no coorelation to actual sports knowledge. They essentially give you 5 seconds to answer rapidly thrown questions like which of these performers hasn't done a Superbowl halftime show in the last 5 years, which of these baseball teams isn't in this division, what years did this team win the title etc etc. Not testing any sports IQ or current league knowledge just obsquire sport facts in a timeframe that doesn't even allow you to think about the answer. They have extremely high expectations to pass the tests they send (no one I know got asked to interview after taking the test despite all attending a top business school in the country). Very glad I didn't pursue the opportunity further as I have only heard more and more red flags about this company since and the fact they haven't filled the position is very telling! Look for a company that pays employees respectfully and treats them well and fairly through the interview process!

Interview
I applied via LinkedIn approximately three weeks ago. I took a personality and skills assessment, which included a test on sports knowledge. I was then invited to a Skype interview, which was scheduled in the morning by HR. The first thing I was told in the interview was that the interviewer only had a couple of minutes, which I found very surprising. You don’t schedule and proceed with an interview if you have other priorities or if something came up. All that needed to be done was to reschedule the interview, but that was not an option. As a result, the interview was completely rushed. He first asked me a few questions about myself, some of which could have been answered if he knew who he was interviewing or had a resume in front of him. He then proceeded to ask me a few behavioral questions, most of which he rudely interrupted me halfway through my answer to ask another question. Lastly, the final question he asked had nothing to do with the position. He told me they would contact me at the beginning of the next week for an interview at their office, but never did. As a result of this interview, I would not proceed with the interview process even if they did contact me. Overall, a terrible and unprofessional experience.

Interview
It was a skype interview. One of the worst interviews I've ever been a part of. He was rude, and asked me illegal questions like whether or not I live with my parents, what kind of car I drove, and how long I had been with my girlfriend. A really, really bad experience.
