I had initial interview was with Talent Accousition person. It was over the phone. The conversation was not too good. I have got unpleasent expereince. Gave me strong impresion that I'm "not too good" but "you are welcome to apply again". In my assumption, I won't go for the next stage of the interview.
It seems that the company does not represent diveristy culture? I was applying many times to work for SLC ( after I have graduated - Cyber Security ) but I have never got the interview stage.
The person asked me technical question but does not have a knowlidge what to as has not have a technical capabilities.
HR should not be interviewing for technical position.
Unfortuantelly, I won't apply again as I do not want to waste my time.
