Online application and Skype interview. Generally very easy and straight forward. The company is quick to respond. Online Skype interview lasts about 20 minutes and it very informal. I was more dressed up and prepared a quiet environment while my interviewer had dogs running around and her partner taking out the garbage in the back.

Tell us about a time you showed leadership skills, what are your strengths/weaknesses
I applied online and was called for an interview fairly quickly. I was interviewed by one person, she asked what I knew about the company, and just some basic interview questions. It was only about a fifteen minute interview, very easy.
