Great! Personalized process but misleading job info. I realized soon after entering the position that it was not at all what I applied for. The culture of the company made it hard to do my job.

Salary Expectation, Obstacles, What makes me qualified, How I learn
A thorough interview process with various interview groups from the different departments you will work with, so you meet a large section of the organization. The entire process was long, but HR reached out quickly to get started and the post interview communication. The interview also contains a written portion.

Multi-phased approach that included several interviews with stakeholders. Small start-up organization. Informal process. Interview was several years ago, however. Not sure how much the hiring team has changed since then.
