Studio 11 Design interview questions

Very simple interview asking the basic questions. Interviewer seemed kind. They are obviously looking for the right fit and also someone who want to work overtime, a lot. Internship was nice and I gained some good knowledge but they have interns year round, doing close to what jr designers do, but pay them an hourly wage that doesn't cover loving costs in Dallas.

I initially spoke over video with several designers to discuss the role and their needs. I eventually was invited to interview in person and then was hired. Both were fairly straightforward interviews.
