The most insane interview I’ve ever experienced. Two women interviewed me, it was for a really badly paid short term researcher contract. It was like they were testing me to see if I was a prude by being deliberately shocking but the whole thing came across completely unhinged

A short essay based written application with (250-500 word answer limits) then a few months wait for shortlisting. After shortlisting, a one-way recorded video interview under timed conditions (90s-3 minutes per answer) where your answers are taped (like an actors self tape) and sent to the specific production company you'll be placed with.
