StudioHawk Project Manager interview questions

Pretty Standard interview, but there was a weird turn where they started banging on about how the owner of the business worked so hard to start the business, sometimes sleeping in the office because he "was homeless" at one point. Felt a bit weird, especially when they followed up with asking me what hardships I have been through. Not really interested in sharing things that personal in an interview for a low level management position.
