Pretty standard interview process. Gave a phone interview first, then in person interview. Phone interview asked about more about background and in person asked about experience. Both very nice people which made the interviews comfortable.

An in-person interview where the managing directors asks about relevant skills, personal interests, and logistical constraints to commitment. The interviewer asks you to complete a five-minute example lecture on a subject of your choice.

It was really easy, I applied on Indeed and got a message within a week. I had two interviews, a phone call for one and then a more formal interview in person. Very chill vibe.
