A practice assessment was sent with example content to review. You must follow their guidelines and provide feedback. There are different assessments per content area so it depends on your specialty.
None, a few automatic questions were asked in the interview process, and you had to do a couple mini research projects to finalize the application. The research questions weren't difficult, but still took a short amount of digging, enough to give you a feel for how the job would be.
