One 45 min interview with head of department. Classical questions, go through CV, pas expérience, laid back. Focused more on personality and motivation than skills, no technical question. Received an offer within one week.

Interview
Very quick answer after I applied via e-mail. The HR contact person scheduled a first meeting within a day. A day later I held a second interview meeting via skype with the BD manager. A day after my second interview it was confirmed that I could start (whenever I wanted).

Laid back interview, very conversational and friendly. The decision process was very quick. After the interview I had to complete an IQ test which included a couple logic and math questions.
