Subject interview questions

Had an intro interview with the hiring manager. Went over the role, responsibilities, what the company does, typical initial interview questions. Hiring Manager outlines the next steps which is another interview with the lead CSM, mentioned he will get back to me with a time and date. Hiring Manager never got back to me, even after outlining what the next steps are. Made it sound like I was moving forward with the interview process, only to end up getting ghosted.
