Recruiter was super nice and professional. But hiring manager didn’t make a strong impression and didn’t seem to have a clear understanding of the role. She avoided basic questions related to growth and international markets, answered my questions curtly, making it feel I was begging, simply because I applied. She was definitely not experienced for the role.

interview process involved recruiter call, tech screen, onsite. nothing crazy, it is your typical process. interviewers were fine. implement a get set map with timestamps. sys design was all about queues. another coding interview writing sql. frontend was to implement a chart. interviewers were fine
They were trying to figure out whether you could be the operator who turns a high-touch, founder-ish, relationship-driven creator business into a scalable machine—without making it feel like a machine.
