Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Subway (Peterborough, ON)
Interview
Very basic, what hours are you available, do you call in sick often!! Can you work as a team, any days you are not available. Very nice, casual environment . Only took about ten minutes they said would call with schedule for training (12 hours volunteer??)
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
