Interview
I was contacted to attend an interview at one of the local stores. I met with the area manager (she managed 3 stores) . It was quite casual and we sat in one of the restaurants in the early opening hours.

Tell me about one of your previous goals that you've achieved. Personal or professional.
15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.

Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.
