Interview
The owner of the franchise called my house to schedule an interview with the store manager. I showed up for the interview and was asked the basic interview questions (prior work experience, schooling, etc.) I had to explain how I was so easily available being a senior in high school (I was enrolled in a post secondary program, so that was the the most difficult part.)
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
