There are usually 2 interviews once with the owners and once with the district manager the ownwers seem interested in geting to know you the district manager seems interested in every thing else around her and acts as if you arent good enough and a bit threatned during the whole interview.

Very easy and smooth process and interview. Enjoyed the process. Very nice interviewer. Asked the right questions. Liked the person and location where interviewed. Great process. Have no complaints in the process.
Two -Stage process 1. First with Store Manager 2. Franchisee Both conversation were very informal. They were keen to learn more about me as an individual rather than experience. The informal approach made it easier to communicate and put me at ease
