Interview
It was through a referral. Sent my resume in, got a phone interview. The prcoess was very lagged. The phone interview was somewhat basic. Passed the phone screening and got invited for an on-site interview.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sucampo (Bethesda, MD) in July 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by the data management, Biostatician, sas programmer. I was thrown off by the off colour joke that the Biostatistician started off with when he told me that if he throws a rock anywhere in maryland it will land on a indian. He asked me a few technical questions and then proceeded to tell me they will call me. I waited for two months before he made an offer. I still accepted this job because I felt this was a dream job and I didnt want to screw it up.

Question 1
How many days was I legally allowed to stay in this country
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sucampo
Interview
Through a group called "OnCall" which employs and deals with the contract sales force Sucampo uses. You'll get interviewed once on the phone and once on skype with OnCall, and then once with your regional sales manager since it's his final decision.
OnCall is a small-ish group and the post i found was a nondescript text only post on a job board. So don't discount things for not being flamboyant.

Question 1
Asked what I'd do if a receptionist informed me that they only let reps meet with doctors when they bring in lunch (you have a budget for lunches so you can't always bring one in), which is easy to answer if you have pharma sales experience. Hard if you are just entering the industry.
