1. step was recruiter Interview: they explained the role and what the process will be. The interviewer was nice and asked basic questions. In the end I believe they didn't think I was qualified enough. Not sure what happened, they just sent a common message that they found a better candidate. The interviewer asked for my github. Make sure you keep it up to date

first round - HR interview. Was asked basic questions about my work history and salary expectations. 2nd round - take home coding challenge. I never received a response after the coding challenge. Really negative experience and would not recommend applying to anyone.

Processo bem longo e demorado. Em torno de 2 meses.
No começo do processo a área de RH tinha um delay nas respostas das nossas interações, porém quando o processo foi chegando ao final o tempo de resposta melhorou consideravelmente.
Os participantes das entrevistas foram muito educados e legais durante todos os momentos. Isso foi um ponto importante para a minha decisão final.
Etapas: RH, Manager, Algoritmo, Desafio técnico com questionário sobre a tecnologia, Conversa com CEO e mais alguns alinhamentos com RH.
