Summa Health System Support interview questions

Applied online and personality test. HR contacted me. Quick phone conversation on position, what looking for. Overview of my experience. Invited for personal interview. Interviewed with same HR person and two hiring managers. Interview lasted an hour and half. Week later asked to come in for a three hour job shadow. Walked with employees to see daily job duties. Did not hear from them after. Sent email to HR, no response. Week later received standard "no thanks, but good luck" email and a week after that a canned letter as well.
