Summer Street Advisors interview questions

I applied for the CRE Analyst position on LinkedIn and was contacted by the Director, who asked me to record a video answering a few straightforward questions that had been shared with me via email beforehand. After submitting the video, I had an interview with the same Director, where we discussed the same questions covered in the video. The next day, I had a follow-up interview with an Associate and another Director. About two weeks later, I received an email informing me that they had decided to move forward with another candidate.
