Interview
4 levels of interviewing. Phone interview, 2 face/face with different managers, then a personality profile. Really in-depth interview that focuses if you will fit within the company. They want to make they only hire people who will succeed and add value to the company. The interview process can take a couple of weeks because it is rather competitive.
