There were two interviews. The first one was a panel with the people I would be working with and the second one was with senior management. The second round was probably the worst interview experience I’ve been through. They asked questions and expected specific answers to questions that have multiple correct answers to them. They would explain the answer that they were looking for afterwards. If you did not say the exact answer on their mind then your answer is somehow wrong.
I felt gaslit throughout the entire interview which really affected my performance. They’re probably going to end up hiring someone that can dodge their trick questions rather than someone that can do the job and be successful in the position.
