They recruit from my university and I applied.They call me and I attend the interview.They asked me different question about myself. then asked me abiut myself and some communication releted questions.
There was a written question regarding the associated technical field. The questions ranged from technical to general aspects. After that there was an interview. The interview was mostly based on the technical aspects.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Summit Communications (Dhaka) in July 2017
Interview
Was called for written exam followed by intervie. Covered from basic topics of networking to advanced level. Also it will be tested not only technical strength also mental strength.
