Standard interview questions followed by background/fingerprint, medical exam drug test. Once cleared begin training. Work History, attendance, diverse people including special needs. Safety is a huge priority, they will do fbi background check.

About diverse people and those with special needs.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Summit School Services (Portsmouth, OH) in May 2016
Interview
Vary casual for me. I however was a pre-existing bus driver. With experience it is a personality check basically.
For individuals requiring training the interviewing is more formal. However that is to be expected with investing that much into an individual.
