I applied through indeed.com and was contacted by a female member of management who seemed very thrilled to talk to me. She gave me the impression that the company had great interest in me. We had about a 30 minute phone call discussing my prior experience etc. she then wanted to schedule me for an interview with herself and two other members of management. I showed up early for the interview which lasted about ten minutes. During the interview, the same lady that had conducted my phone interview was there but she was pretty quiet and the two other guys mainly conducted the interview. I'd like to add that I have plenty of experience in this very role and am a perfect fit and while this manager was asking fact finding questions, I answered. But I felt like he was insisting that the work that I did before was inferior to the work that I would be performing on this job. I also didn't get very much time to ask questions that I wanted to ask. The interview was very rushed and That didn't give me a good feeling. The interview was on a Tuesday and I was told I would have an answer whether I got the job or not by Friday. Friday came, I called. No answer. Left a message. Followed by two more attempts the following week. Still no contact. Today I got a letter in the mail stating that they went with another applicant. No hard feelings. You can't answer my phone call or return a message but you could send me a letter. Not very professional. I would be weary of this company.
