Interviewer call in, introduce themselves and ask basic OOP question such as: What is OOP, Describe 4 pillar of OOP then explain the process of doing 2 months trainning with stipend before getting a real job offer.

Interview
First, I got a phone screening interview then they schedule a Skype technical interview with the tech team. The recruiter was very nice and helpful. Interview questions were not hard but you need to prepare and know about oop concepts.
