I believe the Human Resources management team should review this, as her conduct did not reflect a professional standard. I have also heard similar concerns from other candidates regarding unprofessional and potentially biased behavior during the hiring process. While I prefer not to mention her name, I strongly encourage management to assess whether this individual is suitable for the role. It is important that hiring practices remain fair, objective, and respectful. Situations like this can impact the organization’s reputation, especially at an international level. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvement.
