Interview
Had an initial talk with HR, then the hiring manager, then an interview with two other folks. Eventually was told I was not getting the role after following up as I lacked technical experience (which was nowhere in the job posting).
Apparently certain roles are required to sign a non compete which is unusual

Standard behavioral and experience questions. No curveballs
Multiple level individual interviews with leadership and team members to assess compatibility and capabilities. Personable interactions and mostly interested in ensuring previous skills translate for the industry and the company culture.

Typical interview. Not too strenuous, more behavioral based. Above experience in renewables, they are looking for personable candidates with a strong sales record. Interviewer was very casual, friendly, and helpful in understanding what the day to day as a Sales Representative would look.
