Sundance Behavioral Healthcare interview questions

If I had a choice of a negative star I would give that to them. I went to interview with them today and waited 45 minutes before the manager came to talk to me. Once in the interview she was asking me questions that were not relevant to the job I applied for. Come to find out she thought I was interviewing for different position than I had applied for. When I told her that I was applying for the Outpatient program therapist she informed me that they were not hiring for that position. She said that they did not not advertised for an opening for that position and she was taken back that I had applied for it. I showed her the printout of the job and the job description. She said she had no idea what was going on. What a waist of my day. When I asked her what the pay was for this position she said 21.00 an hour. Seriously that is terrible.

It was a phone interview. I was basically just asked my experience and my favorite age to work with. That was it. I met everyone face to face on my first day.
